A pesar de los avances generales, la situaci\u00f3n de muchos ni\u00f1os ha empeorado a\u00fan m\u00e1s. Antiguas y nuevas dificultades se han combinado para privar a muchos peque\u00f1os de sus derechos y de los beneficios del desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer frente a estos retos y llegar hasta los ni\u00f1os que han quedado m\u00e1s rezagados, necesitamos nuevas formas de pensar y actuar, tanto adultos como menores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped\"><li
